At Kyo Bar however, there are no rules, and it is the most whimsical of Dej's imaginings that you get to taste. Dej is keen to share, and wants Kyo Bar to be a place that raises the bar regarding what Thais can achieve and for people to exchange ideas regarding confectioneries. There have already been Chinese and Japanese businesses who contacted us to open Kyo Roll En in Japan.
